Steve Orme is a part-time lecturer at the Centre for Broadcasting and Journalism at Nottingham Trent University, giving practical advice to undergraduates about how to present their work and giving lectures on online journalism.

He is currently writing an e-book about how undergraduates and graduates can become freelance journalists.

Steve Orme Productions has also produced a video for schools, a condensed, updated version of Shakespeare’s tragedy Macbeth in collaboration with Big Adventures Theatre Company.

In a 35-minute adventure, Duncan King of Scotland becomes Duncan King, head of multi-national corporation King Enterprises.

Macbeth meets the three witches in the Heath nightclub where he is celebrating promotion as the new head of the Cawdor contract at King Enterprises.

Big Adventures adapted Shakespeare’s script and provided actors experienced in performing the Bard’s work in schools.

The film has been acquired for the American non-broadcast market by the Films Media Group and has been sold to the National University of Science and Technology in Malaysia.
